This reduced snapshot omits internal planning/AI-work files, an optional rendered example video, and the migration experiments, historical evidence, documentation and verification files identified in the inventory. Two business-document checks require omitted documents, and the standalone cost-planning CLI requires replacement owner-supplied inputs. Git-history-dependent gates also require repository objects absent from this archive. The omitted migration files prevent reproduction of historical qualification and the complete repository gate from this download. These omissions do not remove the website runtime or its build source.

Build the website from the extracted directory with Node.js 22 and the Rust toolchain/wasm32 target documented in the included workflow: npm ci, npm run wasm:build, then node tools/build-public-dist.mjs. Deployment and native builds have separate instructions and prerequisites. The source-offer publisher itself requires a clean Git checkout.

Retain LICENSE, NOTICE and all third-party notices. This download is not proprietary-license clearance, physical validation, or a claim that the entire private repository is included.
